How to make changes to an application at various statuses
Change requests are often related to offerings (dates, inclusions, etc.), deliverables (content delivery, etc.) or the agreement (licensing terms, etc.).
Pre-Approved - to make changes to a Pre-Approved application, please e-mail support@jerne.com as soon as possible. A Pre-Approved application means that the experience provider has reviewed and is ready to legally be bound by the terms outlined in the Pre-Approved application. Once the curator presses "Approve", the application becomes legally binding so it is imperative that an experience provider fully review the application prior to clicking "Pre-Approve". If an experience provider wishes to make changes to a Pre-Approved application, we will use our best efforts to assist in helping with communication between the experience provider and curator however please note that the experience provider will remain liable once they click "Pre-Approve".
Approved - to make changes to an Approved application, please e-mail support@jerne.com as soon as possible. At the Approved status, both the curator and the experience provider have legally agreed to the terms of the application so it is imperative that both have fully reviewed and agreed to the application details. If an experience provider or curator wishes to make changes to an Approved application, we will use our best efforts to assist in helping with communication between the experience provider and the curator however please note that the both parties will remain liable once they click "Pre-Approve" (experience provider) and "Approve" (curator). To make changes to an "Approved" application, we require the written permission of both the experience provider and the curator. To expedite the change process, please reach out to the other party to confirm changes prior to submitting them to support@jerne.com.
Any statuses after "Approved" require the same change process as at "Approved".
