Reviewing an application

Profiles – located at the top of each application at all times is the summary profile details of the curator and the experience provider. Upon clicking, full profile details become available. Full profile details include full name, e-mail address, phone number, city, state/province, country, age range, gender identity, media account links, content focus areas, consumer focus markets, and profile categories.

Profile Categories – curators self-define according to the following categories: influencer, content creator, travel agent/advisor, tour guide/host, concierge, assistant, and/or planner.

Date(s) – the date(s) of the partnership. This may be a singular date (such as a specific new menu launch event at a restaurant) or multiple dates (such as a cruise itinerary that is offered several times on differing dates).

Location(s) – the location(s) of the partnership. This may be a singular location (such as a hotel) or multiple locations (such as a cruise itinerary).

Offering – the offering from the experience provider for the partnership. Usually contains information such as the hosted, gifted, or discounted accommodation, cruise, tour, or dining reservation being offered to the curator in exchange for the deliverables. The experience provider may also choose to offer a fee for services rendered. The offering usually lists inclusions such as the number of guests allowed and whether gratuities, alcoholic beverages, or transportation are included, Jerne provides a template that was created using industry best practices however the experience provider has complete control to edit these at any time in their profile settings.

Deliverables – the deliverables expected of the curator for the partnership. Usually contains information such as the number of high-resolution images or video to be created by the curator, the number of social media stories or website posts to be completed in a certain time frame by the curator, and the affiliate link that is to be shared by the curator. Jerne provides a template that was created using industry best practices however the experience provider has complete control to edit these at any time in their profile settings.

Agreement – the legal partnership agreement for the specific application, digitally accepted by and between the curator and experience provider. Jerne provides a template that was created for international use by a USA-based entertainment lawyer however experience providers are in complete control to update the agreement, in their profile settings, according to their own edits or to upload an entirely different agreement.
