Reporting

Running a report to determine return-on-investment (ROI)

Experience providers can review the results of their completed applications in the “Reporting” page. Experience providers are able to choose dates and curators to include in their report.

Earned Media Value

  • The dollar amount of all exposure generated from third-party sites, social media, or traditional media.
  • By putting a quantitative price on brand engagement through these channels, marketers can get an idea of what they might have paid to get the same results through owned or paid media.

Content Creation Value

  • The normal cost that the hotel would have paid for third-party content creation (rather than receiving the same content creation in return for a hosted experience)
  • Split into sub-sections: Photography/Videography (photographer, drone), Editorial (written word), and Talent (models)

Affiliate Revenue

  • Revenue from any new bookings/sales by the creator’s followers that Jerne is able to track back to the creator using the unique booking URL given to each creator for each application
  • Split into sub-sections: Number of purchases, affiliate link views, revenue per view, etc.

Hosting Cost Recovery

  • The revenue a hotel earns from the creator should they provide a discounted rate instead of a fully-hosted experience
  • Split into sub-sections: Accommodation/Cruise/Tour, F&B, etc.

Hosting Cost

  • The net cost for the experience provider to host the creator (i.e. to cover the housekeeping cost, net F&B cost, etc.)
  • Split into sub-sections: Accommodation/Cruise/Tour, F&B, etc.
